This is the protocol that we’ve established and have had a lot of success with our son. He’s kinder, gentler, expresses his emotions instead of lashing out.

We’ve gotten our son back.

He was formally diagnosed with oppositional defiant disorder.

We’ve tried Magnesium and B3 alone. They weren’t nearly as effective as when used together. We’ve tried two forms of Magnesium; glycinate and l-threonate.

Magnesium l-threonate by far has the more calming effect on him. It’s brain specific.

Morning:
- One capsule of 500mg Niacinamide[1]
- Four capsules of Magnesium L-Threonate[2]
- One capsule L-Theanine[3]

Lunch:
- One capsule of 500mg Niacinamide[1] in his lunch drink

Evening:
- One capsule of 500mg Niacinimide[1] in his dinner milk

Bedtime:
- One capsule of 500mg Niacinimide[1]
- Four capsules of Magnesium L-Threonate[2]
- One capsule of L-Theanine[3]

** Make sure that when you empty the capsules into their milk, to shake it up really well. Otherwise it’s a bit chunky.
